Rashad Ibrahimov is a professional specialist in project management and institutional development and the founder of PMO.AZ — Project Thinking School. He has both theoretical and practical experience in establishing PMO systems, developing management frameworks, and implementing strategic management processes in organizations. He completed his higher education at bachelor’s and MBA levels and continued his professional development with IPMA Level A, IPMA Level B, and other international certifications. Throughout his career, he has provided solutions for planning, execution, and optimization of management processes in various public and private sector organizations.
