Rashad Ibrahimov
Rashad Ibrahimov is a professional specialist in project management and institutional development and the founder of PMO.AZ – the Project Thinking School. He has both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the establishment of PMO systems, the development of management frameworks, and the implementation of strategic management processes within organizations.
He completed his higher education at the bachelor’s level and later earned an MBA degree. He has continued his professional development with IPMA Level A (Certified Portfolio Director), IPMA Level B (Certified Senior Project Manager), and other international certifications.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Rashad has delivered solutions for planning, execution, and optimization of project and management processes in various public and private sector organizations, contributing to increased organizational effectiveness and improved management quality. His professional approach combines analytical accuracy, systems thinking, and a results-oriented mindset.
