The Azerbaijani translation of the CP³P International Certification Programme has been successfully completed by PMO.az !

PMO.az is proud to announce the successful completion of the Azerbaijani translation of the training and examination materials for the internationally recognised CP³P (Certified Public-Private Partnerships Professional) Certification Programme in the field of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

Implemented in collaboration and coordination with APMG International, this important initiative has resulted in the translation of the PPP Guide, PPP Glossary, and materials related to the international certification examination into Azerbaijani.

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) contributed significantly to the review and approval process, helping ensure that the translated materials remain consistent with international standards and the original content.

We are pleased to announce that, starting in November 2026, the CP³P international certification examination is expected to become available in Azerbaijani.

This important development will broaden access to internationally recognised certification for professionals working in the field of PPP in Azerbaijan, reduce language barriers, and create new opportunities for professional development.

The primary objective of this initiative is to strengthen institutional capacity in Azerbaijan’s PPP sector, improve local professionals’ access to international knowledge and methodologies, and enhance the professional competencies of public- and private-sector representatives.

This initiative will make a significant contribution to promoting international best practices in the preparation, structuring, financing, risk allocation, and management of PPP projects in Azerbaijan.

We would like to express our special appreciation to our Project Manager, Turan Eyvazova, for her professionalism and valuable contribution to the successful implementation of the project, including the translation of the training and examination materials into Azerbaijani and the coordination of collaboration with international partners.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to the EBRD team, particularly Real Hajiyev and Ulviyya Guliyeva, for their support and effective cooperation throughout the review and approval process, as well as to the APMG International team for its cooperation during the implementation of the project.

At PMO.az, we are proud to have contributed to this important milestone and remain committed to supporting the development of the PPP sector in Azerbaijan, promoting the adoption of international standards, and facilitating the integration of local professionals into the global professional community.
